Shipping

Delivery takes 4 – 6 working days. You will be updated by the delivery agency on the progress of your parcel. We use third party agencies that offer express air shipping.

For USA & Canada, your parcels are delivered to our partner's office in Maryland and Quebec respectively. You could pick it up from there or request for delivery to your doorstep.

Those in Europe and African countries receive a DHL tracking number. Shipping goes directly to your doorsteps except for France and Monaco. You may be required to pay custom clearance fees by your country before delivery. You will be contacted for this, and this may affect the delivery time if the process delays.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location.

• Cameroon – 1,500 – 5,000 FCFA
• African countries – 13,000 FCFA per kg
• USA or Canada – 13,500 FCFA per kg
• Europe – 15,000 FCFA per kg

International shipping cost depends on the weight per order.

We ship to specific locations in the US (Columbia, Maryland) and Canada (Quebec). Shipping from Cameroon to these locations takes 3 – 5 days. You can pick it up from those locations or request for delivery to your exact location using a third-party service in your area.
